It has been 25 years since I joined OPPI and how time flies. Working in this company for more than two decades is a source of great pleasure for me. It has given me the opportunity to learn and to grow alongside the company.

I joined Otsuka as a medical representative with no experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Over the years, my knowledge and experience grew, and I was given the chance to handle bigger responsibilities and face exciting challenges. What I like the most in this company are the people, the culture and its corporate values. I am very grateful to the management and all my colleagues who have contributed a lot in my journey.

I am looking forward to many more years with Otsuka, further contributing to the growth of the company.

I am proud to be part of this company for more than a decade now. It has been a fun-filled experience working for Otsuka and it has been the right place for me to learn and grow my capabilities from being part of the sales force and now as a valued member of the medical team.

While it is easy to appreciate the benefits one can get while working in this company, the internal culture and work environment wherein suggestions are expressed and discussed openly tell a lot of how every employee is valued. It is not common in an organization where you can easily approach senior management, this company on the other hand, encourages it.

Who would have thought that a nursing graduate could actually be a marketer? My chosen path has led me to that direction and I have definitely proved it right. From a successful career in sales, I was able to transition to a marketing role, something that I can only dream of before. I can say that Otsuka made me who I am today. It did not limit my capabilities but pushed me to unravel my potentials.
