Otsuka Extends its Support to PGH Hospice and Palliative Ward

The newly opened palliative ward of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) is one of the beneficiaries of Otsuka (Philippines) Pharmaceutical Inc. (OPPI)’s CSR this year. Last December 13, the OPPI CSR team, headed by its Human Resource Manager, Ms. Betsy Grozman, along with Mr. Taiga Hayashi (OPPI Vice-President), together with the Clinical Nutrition (CN)’s marketing team handed over the infusion pumps to the palliative ward which was formally received by Dr. Andrew Ang (head of the PGH Palliative Department) along with the Palliative fellows and staff.

As mentioned by Dr. Andrew Ang, the donated medical device can help manage their hospice and palliative patients confined in their ward and they are very thankful that OPPI extended their support to the newly opened ward.
