Celebrating the Incredible Women Driving Otsuka’s Success this Women’s Month

In honor of Women’s Month, Otsuka (Philippines) Pharmaceutical, Inc. (OPPI) is proud to celebrate the incredible women who contribute to the company’s continued success! We are especially honored to be led by Ms. Hisayo Nishihara, OPPI’s first and only female President & General Manager.

At OPPI, women hold a significant presence, with women occupying the majority of our managerial positions. In fact, 50% of our workforce is composed of these talented and dedicated women, reflecting our commitment to gender diversity and inclusion.

Our dedication to creating an inclusive workplace is further demonstrated by the recent results from the 2024 Great Place To Work (GPTW) survey, where statements regarding fairness, regardless of gender or race, were highlighted as some of our strongest assets.

These milestones serve as a powerful reminder of Otsuka’s deep appreciation for the invaluable contributions women make every day in the workplace. We salute and celebrate women everywhere!
