To ensure that OPPI continues to be a great workplace for each of our employees, we partnered with Great Place To Work®, a global leader in workplace culture known for helping organizations create a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience.

Together, we conducted a confidential Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey among all our employees from October 15-31, 2024. The survey explored various facets of our employees’ experience from job satisfaction to their thoughts on our leaders and colleagues as well as questions related to personal characteristics.

While we are proud to have earned this certification, we recognize that this is just the beginning. OPPI remains committed to continuously improving our workplace culture based on the results and valuable insights we gathered from this survey.
